If you've played on other platforms and felt like your loyalty was taken for granted, you're not alone. Many Malaysian players share the same experience — signing up, playing for months, yet still being treated the same as a brand-new member. At cm2bet, we believe loyal players deserve better, and that belief is the foundation of our VIP Rewards Program.
The cm2bet VIP Programme is more than just a label or title — it's a package of real benefits that directly enhance your playing experience. When you reach Gold tier, you don't just get a badge on your profile; you get higher cashback, access to exclusive baccarat tables unavailable to regular members, and a bigger birthday bonus. Every upgrade brings changes you'll notice right away.
One of the most appreciated features among cm2bet VIP members is the points system that never expires. On many other platforms, your points lapse after a set period of inactivity. At cm2bet, every point you earn is yours to keep indefinitely — redeem them whenever you're ready, with no expiry date and no hidden conditions.
Diamond is the pinnacle of the cm2bet VIP Rewards Programme. Reaching this tier requires 100,000 points — and once you're there, the level of service you receive is truly world-class. Your personal account manager is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — not via chatbot or email, but through a direct line you can reach at any time.
Withdrawals for cm2bet Diamond members are processed in under 5 minutes — whether you're withdrawing via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, or your Maybank or CIMB bank account. This priority means that when you're ready to use your winnings, the funds are in your hands almost instantly. This isn't just a promise — it's the service standard we guarantee for all Diamond members.
The unlimited 15% weekly cashback is one of the most loved perks among cm2bet Diamond members. There's no cap on this cashback — if you play big and have an unlucky week, 15% of your net losses is returned every Monday. It's a genuine safety net that gives you the peace of mind to play with confidence.
All VIP transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) — processed with priority based on your tier.
The cm2bet VIP Programme also covers the sports that Malaysians love most. Every time you bet on a Malaysia Super League match, the EPL, a Thomas Cup badminton event, or an esports match, you earn VIP points just as you would at the casino tables. This means sports fans can reach the highest VIP tier through sports betting alone.
